Dhampirs are often known as creatures born from a vampire and a mortal, usually a vampire father and a human mother. Because of their blood, they are considered to be neither vampires or humans and therefore, are outcasts from both races. They are known for their conflicting characters, mostly due to the inherited blood lust between human nature. Some dhampirs possess special abilities, such as enhanced speed, superhuman strength, and superior senses compare to humans. Unlike full-blooded vampires, dhampirs are not sensitive to light.
