Pretty Face is a manga series created by Yasuhiro Kano. It is first published in Japan's Weekly Shonen Jump in 2002. Most people would instantly judge this manga as very shoujo-like due to the cover designs. Instead it involves crossdressing, perverted scenarios, and outrageously hilarious episodes.
Story:
After won the national champion, our main chracter Randou Masashi knocked into a coma when his bus ride crashed. A year later, he woke up in Dr. Manabe, a mad doctor's clinic, where he found his face is replaced by the girl whom he had a crush on...
Everything in Randou's life changed from that day on. His parents left the town, without knowing their son is still alive. While howling over his past, he met his crush --- the girl with the same face: Kurimi Rina. Surprisely, Rina mistakes Randou as her twin sister who ran-way two years ago. In order not to break Rina's heart, Randou decides to live as Yuna and live under the same roof while looking for Kirimi Yuna, Rina's real sister.
